You, the client, understand that you will be receiving digital goods, which will be emailed/DM'ed to you upon completion.

I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

Contact & payment details will not be shared anywhere or with anyone. This information will remain confidential.

Base prices are subject to change without notice. Any commissions started prior to updates will not be affected.

Payments will be made via Paypal or Ko-fi, in USD or GBP.

Complex details or character/graphic design may incur an additional fee.

Full payment is required before the HD/web friendly version of the digital goods is delivered.

No refunds will be given for completed or near-completed commissions.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason.

If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any stage, a full refund will be given.

As these artworks will be done in my own spare time, there will be NO DEADLINE for completion. I will aim to complete commissions within a few weeks, but this depends on how busy I am. You will be notified if I expect delays.

Final artworks files at full resolution & web-friendly size will be sent via email/DM after full payment.

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.

I may display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media pages or promotional materials. If you do not wish for me to post the artwork publicly / tag you, please let me know.

Appropriate attribution must be given and maintained. Do not remove/alter any signatures or watermarks. Always credit @saintsilverhand in bios / descriptions.

Artworks are strictly not permitted for NFT usage.

Complex details and additional variations (colour/outfit/etc) may incur UP TO +50% of total.

Simple backgrounds (solid colour, gradients & basic shapes) offered only and are free.

More complex parallax commissions may incur up to +%50 of total.
